What is your Return Policy?
- Sodom Rose accepts returns if....
- 14 DAYS after Purchase at an in-person event or shipping carrier delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return postage or getting item back to Sodom Rose within 14 Days of Purchase/Delivery. Shop Gina Celeste is not responsible to refund any ship charges a customer may have incurred.
- Items mailed back or returned outside of 14 day window will not be subject to a refund and will be issued a store credit IF return and exchange criteria are met.*
- Any exchanges will be sent free from Sodom Rose pending inventory availability. Sodom Rose will HOLD requested exchange item ONLY for allotted return window.
What is Eligible for return/exchange?-
- New with Tag items that have NOT been worn/washed and with Sodom Rose and/or manufacture tag attached. (must be attached in original form not just included)
- Items that are sent damaged by Sodom Rose and not damaged in wear/trying on or in transit. *Sodom Rose does not cover items damaged in transit by the shipping carrier. Please select ROUTE shipping at checkout or an upgraded ship option to ensure this protection. Any items damaged in transit is the responsibly of the shipping carrier and receiver to come to a resolution on.
- Size/color exchange (if all other conditions are met)
- If item is still available in store
What is NOT eligible for return/exchange?
- Items sent back or brought back AFTER 14 day return window. (Eligible for store credit PENDING other criteria is met)
- "Online only" items can not be returned.
- Items that have been worn and/or have been "damaged" by buyer (example deodorant stains, pet hair, cigarette smoke, damaged when washing/wearing, ect) Sodom Rose has the ultimate oversight on damage assessments.
- FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes store credit.
- If any item(s) is DENYED for a return/exchange- Sodom Rose will either hold the item for (2) weeks/ 14 days for customer to either pickup or the customer may select to pay shipping to receive the item back. Items not picked up or not elected to ship will be donated to a local charity.
Special concessions- if an item ARRIVES damaged or is sent incorrectly by Sodom Rose - SR team will sent a pre-paid return label via email to the buyer. Buyer is responsible to print and mail item back within return window. If not sent back within return window-return label will be voided. If items are damaged in transit by the shipping carrier - a case will be filed with the ship carrier.
What if my item gets lost or damaged in the mail?
Once an item leaves our shop, Sodom Rose is no longer responsible for the package. Any lost or stolen packages must be filed with USPS or UPS by the receiver of the package. USPS First Class shipping does not come with package insurance just tracking.
What is your Policy on Price Adjustments?
Sodom Rose does not make adjustments to previous purchases to correct a pricing difference. Items purchased previous to a sale price or coupon are not eligible for price adjustment.
